CASE FINDINGS

We arrived at the residence and met with the clients and discussed the paranormal incidents in greater detail.  I then explained what we were going to do during the investigation and the type of equipment we would use. Investigators Blaschka and D.Coscio brought the equipment inside the home while I continued to speak with the client.  The client then gave us a tour of the home and showed us where the main areas of activity had been experienced.

Investigators Blaschka and D. Coscio set up the equipment while I sketched a diagram of each room. Investigator  Blaschka and I took baseline readings and temperatures with the Tri field meter and digital thermometer, while Investigator D. Coscio monitored the CCTV System which was centered on a portion of the dining room and the main hallway.  The base line results ranged from 0 to 3 Milligauss and the average temperature was 69 to 74 degrees.  In contrast, we recorded higher EMF readings in the first-floor hallway beginning at head level and up to the ceiling. Results ranged from 20 to 30 MG and higher.

There were significant spikes located in the client’s home office ranging from 50 to 100 MG.  The master bedroom where the bed is located ranged from 5-6 MG, and the grandchildren’s room ranged from 10 to 30 MG. Due to the increased MG, a spirit can draw on energy and physically manifest in shape, sound, or manipulate objects.

Lastly, we took base line readings in the basement which was 0 MG.  The temperature ranged from 49-54 degrees.

Investigator Blaschka and I returned upstairs and met Investigator D. Coscio, and the client in the kitchen area.  We were curious to see if the presence would answer questions using the tri field meter and the K2 meter. At first, we did not receive any type of responses.  Then the spirit interacted to direct questions for the next 5 to 8 minutes.  It then stopped as suddenly as it had began.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCES

Early in the investigation, Investigator Blaschka, heard a closing door sound coming from the downstairs area.  Blaschka did not say anything at the time because it was so loud, he presumed we had also heard it close.  I had not and neither had Investigator D Coscio, nor the client.

Investigator Blaschka and I had gone downstairs to see if the small floor freezer door made the same sound he heard.  We decided to perform a controlled test.  Investigator Blaschka went upstairs while I stayed downstairs.  I closed the freezer door 4 times (twice from a full drop and then twice from halfway).  The sound was exactly the same sound that he had heard.

There was an instance where Investigators Blaschka and D. Coscio were taking photos with the full spectrum camera (near the chandelier). While taking pictures of the hallway the camera inexplicably stopped working.  The image was frozen on the screen.  Attempts to restart the camera were not successful and a change of batteries did not result in success either.  The investigators changed to the other full spectrum camera and that functioned properly.

In one area of the basement, we were conducting EVP’s with the client present, when a heavy punching bag which was hanging from the rafters began to swing on its own.  However, despite the chain being sturdy, we cannot be sure it is a paranormal occurrence because the client had leaned in towards the bag.  We did not see the client make contact, so we cannot confirm or deny it as paranormal.

CONCLUSION

It is my belief that the family is level headed and honest.  I believe that there is a presence in the home using the higher EMF readings to manifest and try to contact the clients.  The presence does not seem to be harmful but has unintentionally caused the client to become frightened.  The Client has witnessed a majority of the activity because of the large amount of time spent in the home. We set ground rules for the spirit and the client to work on. Further visits to the site may be made in the future to help resolve the issues.
